About Me

My name is Anna Lohrmann, I live near Atlanta, GA, but am originally from Duluth, MN. I have a wonderful husband named Erich, and a dog called Riley. I love the outdoors, being in nature, as well as hiking and camping. Backpacking has been a way for me to put those things together, as well as push myself physically and mentally while enjoying so much time outdoors. When I’m not backpacking, I’m working as a Video Producer and Project Manager.

The purpose of this blog is to document my preparation and experience of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail so I can share this experience with family and friends, as well as have it for my own personal memories.

I’m very excited to be starting this journey, and hope you’ll follow along! I don’t have a posting schedule, but will post as things happen and include pictures whenever I have them to share.
